We are a company that produces Medical Instruments and Devices. There was a lot of information that we had to track and manage, from our customers, dealers, field sales personnel, product portfolio, price quotes to details of purchase orders, from our instant warehouse product status to in-office staff job responsibilities. Our search for a system where we can manage this management by authorized personnel without time and space limitations brought us SetXRM. Thanks to this program, we can keep and track everything we want in a single environment. We can easily manage our sales, orders and marketing. In particular, we can manage our stock, which has caused us great difficulties, in detail, even tracking the warehouse placement order. We continue to increase our efficiency thanks to reporting that provides accurate data analysis. It is very easy to use and our adaptation process was very fast. We designed the system we use together with the SetXRM team and felt the need to hold a face-to-face meeting only once.
