Integration
In the SETXRM integration module, you can easily exchange information from your own commercial application, website, B2B or B2C application, IVR, Outlook, Exchange Server, CNC or similar devices connected to the system, Excel and different databases (oracle, DB2, mySQL, MongoDB). In addition, services that integrate with LOGO, NETSIS, NEBIM, MIKRO and SAP are readily available for your use.
Integrations are bi-directional, meaning information is read or written from SetXRM to or from other systems. These integrations are carried out thanks to the advanced Rest API. Thanks to its advanced features, SetXRM API enables information transfer between desired systems and SetXRM via SSL port. For this ; Each company takes the 32-character Token (example: 3F832679856848C19A633937BED99B4B) produced for itself through the system and adds it to the relevant place in the integration service. In this way, it accesses the data in SetXRM and provides integration with other systems.
SetXRM Rest API application can be downloaded from “yardim.setcrm.com” and its technical documents can be downloaded from the same site. In the system interfaces, the formulas used in C# and Excel can be used and desired calculations can be made between the fields. By writing Java Script for special modules or objects created on the system, you can implement and integrate with different applications you want in line with your own special conditions.
SetXRM is developed using SaaS architecture. It has a three-layer architecture. It was developed on MVC architecture with Bootstrap (HTML 5 and CSS 3) structure. A tabular structure was used for the database. Each company can add 50 different modules and 1000 different fields. When integrating with the API, after entering the API TOKEN, Special objects belonging to the relevant company and, if there are relevant fields under them, tables appear under these fields. PUBLIC ID fields for this information are displayed and PUBLIC IDs are used in the integration.
The service software we have developed is installed on the server where the application with which the Customer will integrate is located, and it exchanges information using the get/post methods with the SSL certificate installed there.
