SetXRM Dynamic Reporting Feature allows you to create flexible and dynamic reports for all your departments whose data is processed in the system. Numerous reports can be created for newly created modules and fields on the system, and you can add dates, people, etc. to the reports you create. You can add as many filters as you want. At the same time, you can revise your existing reports again and again thanks to the dynamic structure. The reports you create can be printed in PDF, Image or Excel format and automatically sent by e-mail to specified users at specified time intervals.

With advanced reporting options, companies can create their own reports and Dashboards. The dynamic reports created can be used in line with authorization. Reports created through the system are exported using pivot table logic and desired graphics can be created on them.
The desired modules in the reports can be associated with each other and sorted and filtered according to the desired criteria.

There are three types of information query possibilities on SetXRM: listing, dynamic reporting or batch transactions. Listing enables the records of each specific object or linked object groups to be listed on the basis of authority, in the desired format, and with the desired criteria.
These records listed in the reporting solution can be exported to Excel, Word, PDF or txt format if desired. Every user can do this. (Example: Ahmet Bey's activities, Mehmet Bey's sales in the last week, etc.).

Batch reporting; Here, it is possible to analyze and report more comprehensive and data mining data. Working hours for this type of reports are selected as night hours, and the prepared reports are planned to be e-mailed to whom and in what format. Batch jobs run at night and e-mail the results to the relevant people. (Example: Product-based company sales for the last three months, monthly and salesperson-based sales, product-based profitability report, etc.)
In the SetXRM dynamic reporting module, users can prepare reports in line with their authorizations, save these dynamic reports on the system and retrieve them whenever they want.
These dynamic reports they prepare can also be used as Dashboards, they are created as a result of online information query. (For example: sales of XX customer, my own target and performance reports, activity-based sales summary reports, pipeline performance report, etc.).
