Contract Management
SetXRM It enables tracking of contracts related to sales made in the Contract Management System or contracts related to after-sales support through the system.
SetXRM Sales and contract management include processes that follow each other. After the product is sold, a sales invoice request form is created, followed by an order confirmation form (contract form). If the products sold will be shipped not all at once, but in parts over different periods of time, these transactions are followed on the contract side. After the sale is completed, the contract is created by the system, approved by the Customer, scanned and uploaded back to the system.

The contract module works integrated with call, customer complaints and fault tracking modules. When the customer calls, you can instantly see whether there is a contract for him, what it covers, how much support has been received to date, whether the contract fee has been paid, and what products and services the contract covers.
Contracts with a contract period of 3 months, 1 month and 1 week are sent daily to the relevant unit officials via e-mail. With the invoice module added to the contract, SetXRM can automatically create monthly invoices and send them to the customer by e-mail. These created invoices can be transferred to the commercial program if desired. If the contract is made for product rental, invoicing based on rental conditions, monthly rental fees, and per-page costs is made automatically through the system. The locations of the rented products and, if changes have been made, the products with which these changes were made, can be tracked through the system. The contract module can work integrated with the dealer management module.
