CUSTOMER declares that he/she has the title of data controller within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in terms of EMPLOYEES whose personal data and User Information will be uploaded to the APPLICATION, including the uploading of personal data to the APPLICATION and the processing of these data by SetXRM, which has the title of data processor. He accepts that it is his sole responsibility to obtain the necessary approvals from , to provide the necessary information to the EMPLOYEES and to fulfill the obligations under the relevant legislation, and that any claims and damages that SetXRM may be exposed to in this context will be recourse to him.
Measures have been taken within available means to ensure that the SITE and APPLICATION are free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the CUSTOMER must supply its own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection.
SetXRM processes the personal data shared on the Application in accordance with the legislation regarding the personal data shared in the Application as a "data processor" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. SetXRM takes the necessary technical and administrative measures and carries out the necessary inspections to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to ensure that personal data is not processed unlawfully, personal data is not accessed unlawfully, and that personal data is preserved within the scope specified in the relevant legislation.
SetXRM cannot disclose the personal data it obtains about the Customer, employees and other third parties to anyone, contrary to the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and cannot use it for purposes other than processing.
